How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to call ahead and set an appointment to review your vehicle with one of our certified estimators. Many times we can see you right away and our personnel will work with you to accommodate your schedule. The key to an accurate estimate is to set aside the proper amount of time to allow a thorough inspection of your vehicle.
What Services do you provide?
We are considered a full service repair shop and can work on all makes and models. We have all the latest equipment to handle everything from major collision repairs, to hail damage, fender benders, parking lot scratches, and even paint less dent removal. Our modern facility has the latest electronic frame straightening equipment, low voltage welding machines, state of the art paint matching and down draft paint booths. With the exception of a few specialized services, (radiator repair, glass replacement, and interior repairs), all the work is performed on site. Couple this with the extensive experience of our technicians and painters (all I-Car Certified), you can be assured that your vehicle will turn out looking like new!
How long does a repair take?
As you can imagine, it all depends on the severity of the damage, and the time it takes to get parts and resolve the claim with your insurance company. Fortunately, all of our estimators are experienced I-Car certified (Industry Standard), who do a great job finding the problems the first time. This minimizes down time in securing parts after the job is started. They will explain in simple terms what has to be done and set realistic time expectations. Finally, because of our reputation for doing quality work with minimum problems, we have a great working relationship with all Insurance companies. This assures you that when your vehicle is completed, it will be done right and hopefully exceed your expectations.
Are Loaner/Rental vehicles available?
We realize your time is valuable, that is why we try to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible with minimum downtime. We DO provide free Loaner vehicles (new Toyotas) to our customers that do not have rental coverage in order to make the transition as smooth as possible. We also can provide you with rental vehicles from our Toyota Rental Car department (new Toyotas) if you have rental coverage on your insurance policy. The body shop will set up your Toyota Rental Car to meet you at the shop at the same time and day you drop your vehicle off for repairs.
